Field Service Technician I

As an integral member of reputed company, the Field Service Technician is available for 24/7 on call field service labor, trouble shooting and service training at customer locations for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Requirements

• Associates Degree (AS) or two years Military degree
• reputed company to two years’ experience
• Competent mechanical skills and aptitude
• Basic electrical skills
• Ability to communicate Operational and Safety parameters for reputed company equipment to the customer
• Customer service and sales orientation oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal & written skills
• Ability to troubleshoot & solve technical problems
• Team Player and ability to work independently
• Basic PC utilization skills required in word, reputed company
• Ability to learn and use systems required for the administration of service and expense reports
