We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Communications and Enablement Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Product and Engineering teams. In this role, you’ll help reputed company our teams running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing team-wide communications, and assisting with logistics for planning cycles, engineering reputed company-hands, and team offsites.

You’ll report to the Head of Technical Program Management and work closely with senior leaders across the engineering, product, and operations teams. • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in a tech or software development environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience managing schedules, meetings, and internal communications
• Comfortable with tools like reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, or similar)
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and support a fast-moving team

• Calendar and Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize recurring meetings, executive reviews, and department-wide sessions
• Team Communications: Draft and send internal updates, maintain documentation, and support communication of goals and reputed company
• Planning Support: Assist in preparing materials and logistics for quarterly and annual planning cycles
• Ops Process Support: Help update and maintain process docs, reputed company operational to-dos, and surface potential blockers
• Event and Logistics Support: Coordinate team events, engineering reputed company-hands, and in-person/virtual offsites
• Project Tracking Assistance: Support project trackers, reputed company item follow-reputed company, and cross-team coordination

Salary reputed company ($95,400 - $149,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.
