We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Buyer to reputed company and manage sourcing and procurement for key battery material categories. This role gives reputed company to drive sourcing reputed company, reputed company supplier relationships, and influence product cost and reputed company from concept through production.

This is an ideal position for someone with strong end to end International Supply Chain experience who is reputed company to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

reputed company and execute product category strategies reputed company with business goals, focusing on cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply assurance.

Identify, evaluate, and reputed company suppliers for key commodities which may include electronics, mechanical components, battery components and sub-assemblies.

reputed company sourcing activities including RFQs/RFPs, cost analysis, negotiations, and contract development.

reputed company or support key supplier communications including hosting meetings, business reviews and monitoring reputed company items / logs.

Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development teams during Concept through to NPI (New Product Introduction) phases to reputed company components and drive design-for-cost.

Monitor market trends, commodity indices, and supply chain risks to inform sourcing reputed company.

Drive reputed company improvement in supplier reputed company, pricing, and service reputed company.

Support reputed company vs. buy analysis and long-term sourcing strategies.

Setup and maintain ERP data reputed company reputed company to sourcing and procurement (pricing, reputed company times, vendor data).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field is an asset.

5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or procurement—ideally in a manufacturing or energy-reputed company environment.

Proven reputed company record in sourcing mechanical or electrical commodities, with strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.

Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Understanding of global supply chain dynamics, tariffs, and cost drivers.

Familiarity with reputed company technologies and sustainability in sourcing is a plus.
