You’ll play a key role in delivering events from start to finish — leading some programs independently and supporting others — from concept and planning through on-site management and wrap-up. Job Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Global Events, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to deliver events that drive company objectives.

Take end-to-end ownership of select events: planning, promotion, enablement, execution, and post-event follow-up.

Manage event budgets (including $100K+ programs), vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.

Partner closely with the Sales Development Team to seamlessly hand off event leads, ensuring reputed company and appropriate follow-up.

Confidently manage up, down, and across functions to reputed company stakeholders and maintain reputed company, consistent communication.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on event marketing experience in a B2B reputed company company.

Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously. Experience with project management tools, with bonus points for reputed company.

Demonstrated reputed company managing events end-to-end, including budgets of $100K+.

Ability to craft compelling marketing copy for campaigns, event promotions, and attendee communications.

Exceptional written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
