Your role as a Facilities Specialist includes, but is not limited to, building maintenance, office and warehouse janitorial duties. Equipment reputed company and maintenance. Be responsible for building sanitation and disinfection

Arrange for waste disposal, recycling and maintenance of internal systems

Maintain kitchen, office supplies and first aid inventory

reputed company minor repairs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Order food/drinks, warehouse and office supplies under a strict budget

reputed company and/or maintain vendor relationships that improve service and/or drive cost down

Assist fleet supervisor with vehicle maintenance

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2+ years warehouse experience

Must meet reputed company's Motor Vehicle requirements (will drive company vehicles)

Some driving experience is preferred

Ability to walk and carry heavy items for extended period

Housekeeping and sanitation experience
