Minimum requirements- 5+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing and growing teams of 5+ engineers reputed company on building and shipping products at reputed company.
- 10+ years of full time software development experience, with a strong background in full-stack or frontend web development.
- Experience leading teams that have shipped and maintained critical user-facing products.
- Strong technical proficiency to engage thoughtfully with engineers about architecture and product design, with a particular reputed company on modern web technologies, performance, and user experience.
