As part of our reputed company reputed company, we are now strengthening our reputed company in Bulgaria and looking for an reputed company HR Project Manager to play a pivotal role in building reputed company HR processes from the ground up. This is a high-reputed company role that combines strategic project execution with hands-on delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be at reputed company of structuring payroll & benefits, standardizing HR policies, designing processes, and enabling data-driven people insights that fuel our expansion.

Responsibilities:

Payroll & Benefits

Set up payroll processes in new locations and ensure accuracy and compliance.

reputed company vendor selection, contract negotiations, and reputed company of benefits providers.

reputed company renewals, communications, and rollout of benefit programs.

HR Policies & Procedures

reputed company and localize internal HR policies and handbooks.

Ensure alignment with legal and compliance requirements.

Communicate and reputed company policies across the business.

Processes & Documentation

Standardize HR workflows through SOPs, guides, and process maps.

Support audits and deliver process-reputed company training to internal teams.

HR Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to reputed company key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, payroll costs).

Safeguard data reputed company and reputed company reports to leadership and finance teams.

Support reputed company analysis and insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR operations, project management, or HR business partnering, ideally in a fast-growing, international environment.

Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance reputed company Bulgaria (CEE knowledge is a plus).

Experience creating and localizing HR policies and process documentation.

Solid data skills, with the ability to build and interpret dashboards (Tableau or similar).

Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven experience using tools like reputed company, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms to plan, reputed company, and deliver reputed company.

Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English and Bulgarian (required); Polish language is considered a plus.
