What is the Engagement Specialist role?TheEngagement Specialist is a temporary/contractor role based at the reputed company Elmhurst Hospital part-time, serving the reputed company hospital as the reputed company on-site specialist. A successful candidate will be the program champion and patient enrollment reputed company for our home services with the goal of driving patient enrollments and adoption. The Engagement Specialist will work directly with hospital providers, staff, and the reputed company Clinical Operations team on a day-to-day reputed company.
Candidate must be located reputed company reputed company proximity to theElmhurst Hospital and available to work 20 hours per weekMonday-Friday between the hours of 10:00am - 3:00pm.
What you’ll be doing

- Establish rapport with patients, families, and caregivers, explain program benefits, features, expectations, and the value of services provided.
- In partnership with hospital staff, reputed company patient education to eligible patients utilizing teach back reputed company about the program.
- Maintain and build reputed company relationships with partner hospitals and staff through reputed company and engaging communication.
- Communicate with the reputed company virtual care team to ensure warm handoffs for new enrollments.

What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting in roles such as Medical Assistant, etc.
