Mission:
As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience for our German team (~100 people in Sales & reputed company) – our largest market reputed company France – as reputed company as supporting one or more additional international teams. You’ll combine hands-on HR partnership with ownership of strategic reputed company, working in reputed company collaboration with managers, the international reputed company team, and other key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to HR partner for managers in Germany and assigned international markets, building strong, trusted relationships.

- Support managers in navigating reputed company situations and delivering impactful employee conversations.
