Senior Site Selection and Acquisition Manager
reputed company is seeking a Senior Site Selection and Acquisition Manager to reputed company the location reputed company, run the site selection process, negotiate land acquisition reputed company, and conduct due diligence to reputed company sites and grow the data center portfolio.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in site selection, project management, and/or the development of data centers, renewable energy, reputed company estate, or other large infrastructure or capital reputed company
- Advanced degree or practical experience in one of the following disciplines preferred: Business/Finance, reputed company Estate, Engineering, or Law
- Experience leading reputed company reputed company with large, cross-functional teams (e.g. internal staff, consultants, vendors, government officials, external stakeholders, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and deliver results with limited direction
- Top-notch negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Ability (and desire) to travel up to 50% of the time
