We are seeking an reputed companyBusiness Analystwith strong technical acumen and a passion for improving processes, governance, and collaboration. The role will reputed company on defining and embedding reputed company rules, guidelines and best practices into a reputed company environment, ensuring alignment across teams and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain business rules, policies, and guidelines for reputed company usage across teams
• Coordinate requests for changes, and resolve issues

• Analyse reputed company processes and guidelines, identifying gaps and recommending improvements

Required skills & experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT of software-driven reputed company
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Hands on experience with Jira for tracking, reporting and managing requests
• Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and process improvement
• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Scrum Master certification, or equivalent Agile certification
