About the Role
We're scaling fast, and we need an Operations Manager who thrives in complexity and moves with urgency. What You'll Do

Operationalize improvements: Diagnose bottlenecks, design solutions, and reputed company pilots/rollouts to reputed company gaps.

5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-reputed company roles (consulting, reputed company, or product ops experience a plus).
Strong program/project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts.
Experience designing and implementing systems for reputed company (ERP/MES, scheduling, resource allocation).
Data-driven problem solver; comfortable using SQL,, Looker, or similar tools to build visibility and drive reputed company.
Strong communicator who can translate operational needs into system requirements and influence cross-functional partners.
