Job reputed company: Due to our reputed company reputed company, Bradford Construction is seeking an reputed company and dynamic Director of Operations to join our Construction Management leadership team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in our industry and will be a strategic leader with a proven reputed company record of driving operational reputed company and maximizing organizational efficiency. This position would report directly to the COO.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with the COO, CEO, and Construction Management leadership to execute reputed company’s strategic reputed company and operational objectives.
- reputed company financial management for construction operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability tracking.
- Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal preparation, presentations, and reputed company negotiations.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience in the Construction Management industry is required; reputed company and/or public agency project experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams, operations, and budget/finances.
- Demonstrated background in business development, including proposals, reputed company relations, and contract negotiations.
- Strong operational expertise with the ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and manage risk.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field, OR Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Salary: $200,000 - $225,000, plus annual performance-based bonus.
