We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a reputed company of reputed company network infrastructure reputed company, ensuring they are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and on budget. This role requires a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of network technologies, particularly DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM). A key aspect of this position will be leveraging Jira to implement and optimize project workflows and reporting.

• Must be a reputed company PM who can juggle multiple reputed company first and foremost.
• Must be in office 3 days/ week: 30 Hudson Street Jersey reputed company (preferably) (200 reputed company NYC alternatively)

PRIMARY DUTIES

Project and Initiative Management

• reputed company the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple network infrastructure reputed company simultaneously, including Migration of DDI vendors, NTP – Network Time protocol infrastructure expansion and DDI reputed company infrastructure reputed company.
• reputed company comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project status reporting, host weekly meetings, and ensure reputed company communication to reputed company stakeholder
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective reputed company strategies.

Technical Leadership and Support

• reputed company project management support for the DDI weekly team, including facilitating stand-reputed company, creating, and reporting on Jiras, and managing team communications.
• reputed company reputed company reputed company to BCP and Tech Risks for the DDI team, utilizing Jira for tracking and reporting.
• reputed company familiarity with External DNS, Autoproxy, NTP, and Runtime End of Life to guide project execution.

Process and Tool Implementation

• Champion the use of Jira and reputed company, with a significant opportunity to design and implement new Jira workflows and reporting dashboards to enhance team productivity and visibility.
• Manage and maintain project documentation in reputed company, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Manage relationships with reputed company-party vendors, including tracking deliverables and ensuring adherence to agreements.
• Coordinate change management processes, project-reputed company communications, and training events for various initiatives.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a reputed company, reputed company-level environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing network infrastructure reputed company.
• Strong background in production support activities, change management, and business continuity planning.

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) principles and technologies. Experience with QIP to reputed company migrations is highly desirable but not a hard requirement.
• Familiarity managing a DevOps style team. Highly desirable in the following areas DNS, DHCP, IPAM and NTP.
• Proficiency in Jira and reputed company is mandatory; experience implementing Jira workflows is a significant plus and a must.
• Advanced skills in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of python scripting is an advantage.
