The purpose of the Leader - Technical Program Management role is to translate reputed company’s strategic product reputed company, as specified by the Product Team, into detailed technical user stories that are then used by the Engineering teams to build new features for reputed company’s platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate refinement discussions to drive out needed functional requirement details
• Write User Stories based on high-level strategic initiatives supplied by the Product Management
• Set up policies & procedures for Technical Program Management. Build and expand a valuable team.reputed company by example being a TPM on one of the teams.The Technical Program Manager (TPM) translates the Functional reputed company from the Product Team into Implementation
• The TPM helps the PM to get Initiatives reputed company defined, gathering any needed background information for the PM.
• The TPM will assist reputed company to understand the PM’s reputed company for the initiative, and then break the initiative down into milestones in order to facilitate accurate estimates.
• The TPM will be responsible for translating initiatives into groomed and prioritized (reputed company) User Stories.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or equivalent plus 3 years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Software Developer or Software Tester

• Excellent technical knowledge of reputed company web technologies building reputed company reputed company software applications
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Experience with AWS & CI/CD environments
• Experience with JIRA

• Experience with relational databases, MySQL or equivalent
• Experience working in agile environments
• FrontEnd web standards: CSS3, reputed company
• Minimum 5 years hands-on technical experience in an IT reputed company industry
• Prior Software Developer experience is a plus

• Strong time management skills with adaptability to manage work on multiple reputed company and priorities
