The Pharmacist is responsible for appropriate, evidence based, medication use for the institution. They ensure patients get the right medication at the right reputed company. Pharmacists must have a medication safety viewpoint and be in compliance with reputed company applicable standards and regulations (TJC, BOP, CMS, etc). Provides clinical pharmaceutical care to patients. Required Minimum Education:
- or Bachelors Pharmacy
- Doctorate Pharmacy-Preferred
