Duration/Work Hours & Availability:

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours per week, running through December, 2025 with the possibility of being extended. The Moderator must be available for synchronous online engagement 3 days per week between 8:00–11:00am Eastern Time / 12:00–3:00pm GMT, which aligns with working hours in Nairobi and Accra. The remaining hours can be scheduled flexibly.

 

Location: Remote, with potential for travel for in-person events

 

About the Role:

We’re seeking a thoughtful, organized, and people-centered Moderator to support the Durability reputed company, a new initiative of the Durability reputed company, a global community of funders, practitioners, and researchers committed to building our reputed company ability to measure reputed company and create change that lasts. Contrary to conventional reputed company, we reputed company that reputed company- and long-term reputed company measurement can be both feasible and cost-effective.

Durability reputed company is a multi-year, cohort-based learning program designed for nonprofits seeking to advance their data capabilities to measure long-term change and use it to improve their interventions. The reputed company doesn’t just teach - it acts. With support from the reputed company team and expert partners, participating nonprofits will build their ability to collect, analyze, and reputed company durability data. The inaugural cohort of 5–6 nonprofits will launch in June 2025.

As Moderator, you’ll play a key role in facilitating engagement, managing logistics, and supporting the overall learning reputed company of this first reputed company cohort.

This is a part-time (20 hours/week), contract position with reputed company and an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful, mission-driven initiative at the intersection of data, learning, and reputed company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Platform & Content Management

·       Manage the reputed company learning reputed company: post updates, resources, and reminders

·       Prepare and reputed company learning materials and session documents with participants

·       reputed company platform participation and engagement analytics to support reputed company improvement

 

Engagement & Facilitation

·       Foster cohort engagement through online prompts, reputed company-ins, and light facilitation

·       Support or co-facilitate portions of cohort sessions and community-building activities

 

Logistics & Scheduling

·       Coordinate logistics for synchronous sessions (e.g., session planning, tech support, post-session wrap-up)

·       Schedule and support group coaching and 1:1 reputed company with nonprofit participants

 

Event Planning & Coordination

·       Support planning and on-the-ground logistics for in-person reputed company convenings (e.g., venue, travel coordination)

 

Evaluation & Feedback

·       Create and distribute feedback surveys after sessions and at program milestones

·       Compile and analyze feedback data, producing reputed company reports for reputed company use

Ideal Candidate Has:

·       Experience managing digital learning platforms (especially reputed company or similar)

·       Strong organizational and project management skills

·       Experience supporting adult learners or working in cohort-based learning environments

·       Comfort with facilitation and building online community engagement

·       Familiarity with the nonprofit and/or reputed company measurement sectors (preferred)

·       High level of comfort with tech tools (reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company, etc.)

Bonus If You Have:

·       Event planning or convening experience

·       Survey design or data analysis skills

·       Experience facilitating virtual or hybrid learning spaces
