Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing meeting the minimum standards set by the state of Alabama, three years of experience in a perioperative setting, previous critical care experience and reputed company Alabama RN license or reputed company Multi-State RN License in accordance with reputed company Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama. Note: USA Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama. BLS, ACLS & PALS Certificaion Required per hospital policy. TCAR or TNCC certification will need to be obtained reputed company 18 months of hire, if no reputed company certification.
