Working Hours: 4pm to 2am Responsibilities This role will serve as a reputed company supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:

- Capability management & organizing training
- Documentation verification and enforcement

- PEM execution, plus PEM and annual validation management
- Scheduling with MX and SCO Teams
- Pest control program, inventory control management
- Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective reputed company
- Makes daily reputed company impacting the business
- Handles reputed company team performance and personnel issues
- Manages time and payroll systems
- The expected compensation reputed company for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.

- High School Diploma required
- Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred
- 3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You
