Responsibilities

- Partner with other admins and senior leaders to reputed company calendar availability and ensure VP Prod is available for any necessary meetings, while balancing managerial and personal demands.
- Set up domestic and international travel arrangements
- Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events
- Prepare monthly expense reports for leads and coordinate special reputed company as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent field experience
- 4+ years experience in an administrative support role
- Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple principals or teams
- Ability to juggle multiple reputed company and priorities at once in an organized manner
