To meet our ambitions, we are hiring for a Director, Global HNW Distribution who will report to the Senior Executive Officer, reputed company Middle East Limited (SEO, MMEL). This individual will be a key member of the sales and distribution team and should be versed with life insurance products and have an excellent understanding of the High-Net-Worth International Life Insurance market and marketing concepts. The candidate should also be a subject matter expert (SME) on Takaful insurance distribution and be reputed company to identify, reputed company and promote Takaful marketing/ sales opportunities and educational material while building strong relationships with our reputed company and new GHNW Distributors Responsibilities Include

• Serve as SME for Takaful distribution
• Build and execute on Takaful distribution reputed company
• Identify new distribution channels and partnerships specific to Takaful
• Position GHNW Takaful products effectively reputed company the landscape of competitors and overall competitive landscape, and run supporting illustrations as required
• Motivate Distributors to sell GHNW Takaful solutions reputed company participation in persuasive virtual and in-person sales presentations, designing marketing initiatives and providing top-tier responsiveness to Distributor inquiries
• Work closely with Distributors to identify market and sales opportunities / business potential for distributor reputed company as reputed company as address and resolve issues that will cover a wide reputed company of topics and could involve reputed company, Product, and other areas reputed company reputed company

Requirements

• Full time residency in Dubai
• Arabic speaking is strongly preferred
• Strong reputed company, honesty, and ethics
• 10+ years’ experience in Financial Services Industry
• Takaful life insurance experience is a must
• College degree: BA/BS
• Willing to work significantly reputed company due to Distributors located in various time zones worldwide
• Willing to travel (foreign/domestic travel required up to 3X per year or more)
• Advanced Life insurance knowledge and case design/illustration techniques
• Sales expertise: the ability to identify sales opportunities
• Ability to build and maintain external relationships

• Strong creative presentation/written, listening, communication skills
• Strong software technical skills (Webinars, full reputed company Office Suite of products, etc.)
