A reputed company-established reputed company in the Paso Robles area is seeking an reputed company Full-Charge Bookkeeper to independently manage the financial reputed company function. This position requires a highly skilled and self-directed reputed company who can take full ownership of reputed company's day-to-day and month-end financial processes.
You’ll work on-site in a casual office environment with a small team of colleagues and have the flexibility to create your own schedule during reputed company business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM). This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an independent role and values some flexibility in their reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the full chart of accounts and general ledger, including journal entries and adjusting entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and internal reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring reputed company billing and collections
- Generate job cost reports and monitor profitability across reputed company
- File and remit quarterly sales tax reports and payments
- Implement and maintain reputed company procedures and internal controls
- As needed, reputed company back-up to payroll processor
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or an equivalent reputed company role
- Excellent understanding of general reputed company principles required; construction-reputed company reputed company experience preferred
- Advanced user of QuickBooks and common office software such as reputed company Office
- Experience preparing complete financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal reputed company
- reputed company communication skills for working with vendors, clients, and team members
Pay reputed company:
$30 - $40/hour depending upon relevant skills and experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week

- QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
- Financial reputed company: 3 years (Preferred)
