About the Role: We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and an ADON to join reputed company at VAMC in Topeka, Kansas in a full-time reputed company. Minimum Qualifications:

• reputed company state license to reputed company as an RN
• Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Must have two years of experience as an RN and one year of supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Administrative leadership, recruitment/retention efforts, and compliance of reputed company hospital/facility policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Administrative leadership, recruitment/retention efforts, and compliance of reputed company hospital/facility policies and procedures
• The ADON provides supervision to the unit leaders, and is responsible for assisting in disciplinary actions
• The ADON provides supervision to RNs regarding policies, procedures, and patient care delivery
