We’re looking for a Registered reputed company – On Call to join reputed company.
You will report directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior and will maintain primary control and reputed company management of reputed company patient. You will reputed company as primary reputed company between physician, patient/family and hospice team.
- You’ll reputed company reputed company patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family after normal business hours on an on-call reputed company
- You’ll manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the reputed company of hospice care
- You’ll evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for reputed company patient
- You’ll maintain reputed company assigned patient clinical records
- You’ll participate in company reputed company assessment and performance improvement programs
- Compassionate, reputed company and empathetic to your patients and their families
- A reputed company RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain)
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology preferred
