- Nursing Diploma required or
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as registered reputed company or completion of an RN residency program required
- 1 year of NICU experience strongly preferred
- Texas RN - Registered reputed company required upon hire and
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required reputed company 90 days of hire and
- NRPA - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required reputed company 90 days of hire and
- CPI - Crisis Prevention reputed company Training required reputed company 90 days of hire and maintained annually
