In this clinic our providers and nurses work together and collaborate on patient care. We are a tight reputed company team who likes to have fun. The clinic is reputed company Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00. Job reputed company Answers patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing the severity of the patient's symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms. Guides the patient to the appropriate level of care; schedules patient appointments over the phone with appropriate reputed company providers/facilities/physicians. Documents information provided to patients during triage in health record systems; records patients health conditions for follow-up patient care. Maintains and develops triage protocols; ensures patients' reputed company information is updated on time. Role does answer inquiries through multiple variations of technology, depending on department. reputed company patients based on calls that come in. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National reputed company for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. One Year Of reputed company Experience Preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State reputed company of Nursing where the reputed company of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a reputed company Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
