Key Responsibilities:

• Member and Provider Support: Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to member and provider inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. reputed company information on membership reputed company, benefits, and account status on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
