Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 annually (1099 contractor)
Schedule: reputed company – work from home, set your own pace
Licensure: Accepting NPs licensed in reputed company 50 states + DC (multi-state a plus)
Experience: 1-3 years preferred; passion for minority health a must
Setting: 100% telehealth
Responsibilities
- reputed company virtual primary care assessments & chronic/acute care management
- Create personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
- Document thoroughly in EMR systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team reputed company on holistic, culturally sensitive care
- Engage in ongoing training to reputed company telehealth best practices
Qualifications
- reputed company FNP certification & state licensure (multi-state licenses preferred)
- 1-3 years of NP experience in primary care or similar
- Strong dedication to improving health reputed company for diverse populations
- Excellent communication & comfort working independently
- Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
