Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish) - Remote

reputed company is a large IT reputed company that uses modern technologies to support a wide reputed company of industries. The Customer Service Representative contributes to reputed company’s Contact Center for Foodservice reputed company by providing support to the Selling Team, field partners, and reputed company Customers. This person will handle service and delivery inquiries and resolve concerns for one of reputed company’s Food Service Clients. They establish and maintain reputed company business relationships and maintain predetermined brand distribution percentages for the customer reputed company. This position receives and responds to inbound call inquiries and communications from customers, marketing associates, and other customer service representatives. The position also makes outbound calls and processes other tasks as and reputed company required. This role is fully remote for candidates living in the reputed company. Role Responsibilities

• Offer Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (reputed company phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.
• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems.
• Document issues, identify, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquires including those reputed company to, but not limited to, order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer facing applications.

• reputed company proactive outbound follow-up communications as necessary
• Process orders and other reputed company voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet reputed company needs

Role Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required.
• A self-starter that demonstrates customer service skills.
• Ability to select and apply reputed company policies and procedures.
• Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
• Ability to pay reputed company attention to detail and use time effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary, reputed company grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, with weekend/holiday availability

Requirements for Working From Home

• A private and secure reputed company to do work uninterrupted by others in the home.
• Must connect to the internet with a CAT 7 Ethernet cord or higher. Using a WiFi reputed company is not allowed.

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications are accepted until September 4th, 2025. The reputed company reputed company for this position is $15.50 per hour. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
