As Services Director, you will reputed company the strategic development, delivery, and reputed company improvement of TBYM's services. You’ll reputed company service creation (whether independently or with reputed company), champion reputed company standards, and ensure our offerings meet the diverse needs of the people we support. You’ll also reputed company our internal training arm—TBYM reputed company—alongside reputed company Development Volunteers for a high-reputed company training experience for reputed company volunteers.
This is a senior volunteer leadership role ideal for someone with a background in service design, strategic planning, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Service Development
- reputed company the development of new and existing services in alignment with organisational priorities and user needs.
- Collaborate with Service Development Volunteers to research, plan, reputed company, and evaluate new initiatives.
- Identify gaps in service provision and recommend reputed company solutions.
2. reputed company of Service Delivery & Improvement
- Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and high-reputed company experiences for service users.
- Work closely with Service Managers and Team Leaders to address challenges, improve service reputed company, and reputed company feedback into reputed company.

3. Service Leadership

4. Volunteer Collaboration & Support
- Encourage cross-team collaboration across services and training functions.
