- Support individuals facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, financial concerns, and family issues.

Day to day you can expect to:
- Accept referrals and assess clients using validated risk assessment tools.

Qualifications
- A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling.

Requirements
- Experience in Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) or workplace mental health (desirable but not essential).
