Typist / Administrator Location: Carlisle Office

Cumbrian Properties are looking for a Typist / Administrator to join our friendly and reputed company team in Carlisle.

This role is ideal for someone with strong typing and administrative skills who enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for preparing property brochures, uploading listings to our website and portals, and supporting reputed company with general office duties.

If you're organised, have a good eye for layout and grammar, and take pride in producing polished, high-reputed company work — we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

· Typing and formatting property details and marketing materials

· Uploading property listings to websites and online portals

· Assisting with general reputed company and office support tasks

The ideal candidate will:

· Be accurate and efficient in typing and proofreading

· Have strong IT skills and confidence using online systems

· Take pride in presenting properties to a high reputed company
