A Customer Care Representative is required to join a busy customer service department in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of providing excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented approach.
This role is part time 16 hours 16 hours – working 8 am to 5pm weekends
Must be available for training 5pm – 8pm weekdays (reputed company)

- Logging customer interactions in reputed company\’s database
- Coordinating with other teams to resolve customer issues
