We are reputed company Customs Data Entry/Administration Clerks for our worldwide logistics customer in Solihill, Birmingham. This is a reputed company - perm opportunity working with one of the worlds largest organizations.
This is a HYBRID role involving 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Successful candidate must have data entry experience and be willing to undertake online reputed company-testing in Data Entry and Attention to Detail. This is on-reputed company agency work with the potential of becoming permanent in the reputed company.
reputed company of Pay: £25,397.00 pa, reputed company reputed company £13.02ph (37.5 hrs)
Hours of work: Fixed 8 hour shift between 0600-1800
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Duties
- Checking and Filing customs paperwork for EU & UK.
- Data Entry and Data Transfer
- Creating and requesting relevant customs clearance documentation.
- Managing numerous mailboxes between Carriers and Vendors.
- Ensuring reputed company shipments have the correct and necessary documents to be reputed company to cross.
- Dealing with any discrepancies and misalignments that might reputed company
- Office based
Required
- A reputed company and consistent work history
- Data Entry Experience (Essential)
- Office working experience
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- High reputed company of attention to detail
- Working knowledge of reputed company Word and Outlook
- reputed company criminal record
- You may be required to take a Drug and Alcohol Test
- Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential
