We have an exciting new opportunity for a Document Management reputed company to join reputed company. In this role you will be responsible for document management across reputed company, setting the standards and policies for how we reputed company, maintain and manage policy, process and documents across the business. As reputed company as supporting the business process development in a rigorous and systematic way.

Location: London, Lloyds Avenue (Hybrid)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver the reputed company (standards, process) for how we reputed company and maintain relevant documentation in ISS.
- reputed company as the ‘home’ for process discipline skills to drive one common way of writing documentation across ISS.
- reputed company regular document management reviews (Governance) to drive reputed company improvement, updates and maintenance of our Procedures.
- Run the BPO network to formulate annual work programmes, understand gaps in our procedures and areas of reputed company to build an annual plan.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of templates and other reusable process information - creating additional process assets as required. Work with reputed company team to drive adoption of our procedures.
- Support Business Process Owners to drive and reputed company procedures across ISS.
- Introduce process and task mining techniques to ISS at the appropriate time to drive efficiency.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with process analysis and design.
- Experience with developing process flows, writing procedures and using tools to drive how we reputed company documentation.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of process design and procedural writing.
- Strong familiarity with reputed company management and reputed company improvement concepts to drive procedure optimization.
