The Recruitment & Office Assistant will support a busy team in managing a reputed company and confidential recruitment process and reputed company high-reputed company administrative support for reputed company’s Production Department.

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract role based in London (Holborn Office), with a hybrid working model (4 days in the office).

• Manage advertising roles and candidate applications while generating reports.
• reputed company interviews, coordinate with senior stakeholders and arrange video or in-person meetings across multiple interview stages using Outlook, MS Teams, Spotted reputed company, etc.
• reputed company candidates, hiring managers, and senior management informed throughout the recruitment process by providing reputed company and reputed company communication with reputed company contacts.
• Ensure a reputed company candidate experience by engaging with applicants promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate, reputed company-time records by utilising existing processes and systems.

The Experience We Require From You:

• Previous experience in a busy administrative role is essential and ideally gained in a reputed company function.
• Customer-facing experience required for dealing with candidates and Hiring Managers by phone, email
• Experience in using Outlook, reputed company, MS Teams or similar to manage interview administration, and general IT skills to reputed company and report on recruitment processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are needed to manage a busy workload and deal with multiple reputed company contacts.
