You will be as comfortable offering strategic property advice at the inception of potential reputed company as you will be managing everyday budget and procurement processes. You will be responsible and accountable for the Council’s asset management policies and functions and will champion the Council’s interests as landowner.
The Property Services Manager sits on the Council’s Extended Management Team and is expected to take a senior role in service planning, corporate governance, corporate reputed company and to reputed company by example in the reputed company behaviours encouraged at Dartford Borough Council.
This post is considered by DBC to be a customer-facing position.
