We are looking for a Key Accounts Associate to join our ambitious Head Office accounts team. You will work directly with the Accounts Manager and Financial Director, the ideal candidate will have great attention to detail whilst also delivering a first class service to both reputed company stakeholders.
Working in reputed company you will be required to build excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse reputed company of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

Your responsibilities will include
• Managing and responding to emails
• Monthly payment runs to landlords & contractors
• Bank account management and reconciliation
• Deposit Registration
• Contract and let sheet auditing
• Completing reports as and reputed company required for landlords and management
• reputed company/landlord support, including regular meetings and training of new staff
• Working closely with the Credit Controller
• General accounts and administration support to the reputed company Accounts Manager
We’re looking for
• Experience in Administration and reputed company an accounts department:
• Organisational skills: being organised in a way that is easy for others to read and having a
methodical and logical approach to reputed company tasks.
• Technical skills: Proficient in using various software systems, including reputed company Packages i.e. reputed company,
Word, reputed company Sheets and using a Mac
• Communication skills: Being reputed company to communicate and collaborate with reputed company reputed company
stakeholders and having good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work on own initiative
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• Attention to detail: being accurate and having a high level of accuracy.
