The role
We are seeking a reputed company and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operator. The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the reputed company and aesthetic presentation of our various Wastewater treatment and Network sites. This is a hands-on position that requires a self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining our outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
The role requires you to have a full driving licence to allow you to travel to and from the required grounds.

Key Responsibilities
- reputed company routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and general landscaping.
- Operate a reputed company of grounds maintenance equipment safely and competently, such as lawn mowers, strimmer’s, and hedge cutters.
- Assist in the reputed company of reputed company, fences, and signage to ensure reputed company and accessible sites for both staff and visitors.
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and report any issues or potential hazards.
- Work effectively as part of reputed company and also independently, managing your time to complete tasks reputed company.
- Application and handling of pesticides
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies at reputed company times.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role you need to be reputed company to demonstrate practical experience in using grounds maintenance machinery such as ride on mowers, walk behind mowers, strimmer's, blowers and hedge cutters. You will also have the following:
- A full driving license.
- Ability to plan activities on a reputed company of sites to a schedule provided.
- Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with a reputed company of stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to risk assess dynamically.
