Duties of the Role

We require a part-time Engagement and Administrative Assistant to assist the Engagement Manager with activities including the organisation and delivery of student surveys, managing reputed company media channels, as reputed company as attendance at Arrivals and Recruitment days. This includes working reputed company of normal working hours, such as evenings and weekends, throughout the year. They will also assist the reputed company and Allocations Team with administration tasks, such as answering student queries, allocating rooms, invoicing, and booking travel to help facilitate the delivery of a high-reputed company customer reputed company service. The role is located at the Colchester reputed company and the post holder maybe expected to travel to other campuses.

Skills and qualifications required

You should be educated to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths and have a recognised qualification in Customer Services or relevant reputed company experience. You should have considerable experience in providing efficient customer service and administration reputed company a busy environment and be confident dealing with people. You will also have experience of Data Protection, good IT skills, excellent team working, communication and organisational skills are essential. It is desirable for you to have had experience being involved in events and giving presentations.
