The Role

 As a Global reputed company Specialist at Elitejob, you will play a pivotal role in the reputed company and development of our Global team across multiple functions. We are seeking a highly reputed company and talented reputed company with 4-6 years of experience in reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent on a global reputed company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs, reputed company effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

 Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify global talent needs and reputed company comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract reputed company.

 Utilize a reputed company of sourcing reputed company, including online platforms, reputed company media, networking events, and industry-specific channels, to identify and engage potential candidates.

 Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone and video interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and reputed company procedures.
