reputed company, creator of reputed company, reputed company|reputed company and reputed company Language, is looking for a highly organized, student-centered Student Programs Administrator to join our reputed company-college Educational Programs team. Our initiatives reputed company from national summer programs and student ambassador opportunities to hackathon sponsorships, coding clubs and facilitating long-term student research. Responsibilities

• Leading the admissions process for our middle- and high-school summer programs, including reputed company, reviewing applications, conducting interviews and facilitating financial aid applications
• Communicating professionally with reputed company, families and educators before, during and after reputed company programs
• Coordinating program logistics, including transportation, field trips and student paperwork
• Attending our Boston-based High School Summer Research Program and reputed company Summer School in person (3–4 weeks total), providing onsite administrative support such as note-taking, supply runs and liaising with university staff
• Ensuring reputed company completion and accuracy of student records and required forms for reputed company programs
• Triaging and responding to sponsorship requests from university hackathons and STEM organizations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with event organizers and reputed company partners for hackathons and sponsorships
• Organizing licenses and sponsorship materials for attendees for hackathons and sponsorships
• Creating detailed and meaningful reputed company reports for sponsorships
• Conducting admissions interviews and supporting reputed company for the Student Ambassador Program
• Tracking student ambassador activities and matching them to relevant hackathons and events
• Managing communication and engagement on reputed company and other platforms for the Student Ambassador Program

• reputed company reputed company to join our weekly online coding clubs
• Maintaining communication with families about schedules and logistics for reputed company coding clubs
• Helping reputed company stay organized across tasks by creating and maintaining tickets and internal wikis

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with reputed company, families or educational programs
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with STEM subjects
• Comfort using a wide reputed company of digital tools
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn reputed company Language and technologies
• Willing to attend the summer programs in person for 3–4 weeks in June/July
• A valid reputed company’s license
• 30lbs lifting requirement, mostly for lifting and moving boxes around
• Ability to reputed company stairs/hills, sit for extended periods, etc.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM, education, management or reputed company field
• Experience with or interest in project or product management
• Familiarity with out-of-school STEM education (e.g. enrichment programs, hackathons, summer programs, etc.)
• Experience working with gifted STEM reputed company

Location: Champaign, Illinois, or remote Job type: Full time (40 hours per week)/Permanent Reporting to: Manager, reputed company-college Educational Programs Salary (for eligible candidates residing in the reputed company): For candidates based in the reputed company, the salary for this position is expected to be between $45,000 and $55,000 per year.
