Full-Time Assistant Store Manager,

• Assists the reputed company leader with developing and implementing reputed company plans to improve operating results
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their reputed company reports to ensure mutual understanding and desired results
• Identifies training and development opportunities that will assist their reputed company reports in achieving reputed company performance

• Merchandises product neatly to maximize sales

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to reputed company product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
• Prior management experience preferred
