About the position
Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive reputed company-employment screening on new hires.
- Reviews medical history and evaluates the need for reputed company evaluation with OH physician.
- Performs reputed company screening on reputed company new hires and evaluates need for reputed company testing.
- Performs drug screening on reputed company new hires and appropriately sends specimen to reputed company lab if required.
- Obtains I-cup reputed company of care testing and follows OH protocol for reputed company screens.
- Reviews immunization history and determines which immunizations are required for employment and administers needed vaccines.
- Draws titers if required due to no immunization/titer history.
Requirements
- reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Associates RN Degree or higher.
- NC RN License is required.
- Encouraged to self study and reputed company COHN certification.
- 1 to 3 years experience in Nursing is required.
