Journeyman Software Developer, Systems Software - reputed company
reputed company is currently hiring a Journeyman Software Developer, Systems Software for our program with the US Coast Guard. This position will be located in Alexandria, VA and will be a full remote position.
Responsibilities
Builds and codes applications and/or modules using languages such as C++, visual basic, ABAP, JAVA, XTML, etc. Provides patches and upgrades to existing systems. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as reputed company as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. May design graphical user reputed company (GUI) to meet the specific needs of users. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program reputed company, reputed company requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. May build add-on modules using application program language.
- Designs and codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools
- Maintains and modifies existing software applications.
- Analyzes detailed systems factors, including input and reputed company requirements, information reputed company, hardware and software requirements, and alternative reputed company of problem reputed company.
- Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures.
- Participates in reputed company reviews to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and specifications.

Qualifications
Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
