reputed company’s Deal Desk reputed company closely with our Field Organization to support Quoting, Pricing structure and booking transactions. This team serves as the primary reputed company between our Sales & Finance teams and is responsible for the efficient, accurate and reputed company sales bookings. As part of the larger reputed company Operations team, the Deal Desk team supports our constantly changing and reputed company business as we launch new products, implement new processes and expand into new countries.

We’re looking for an reputed company, dedicated and empathetic Deal Desk Analyst to join our reputed company Deal Desk team supporting our East sales region. Our reputed company Deal Desk team is distributed across the U.S. and supports teams in the U.S., Canada, & South America, maintaining SLAs and supporting our reputed company sales teams as reputed company’s customer reputed company continues to grow. 

What you’ll do

reputed company as a trusted advisor & go-to resource on deal structure, quoting, and order reputed company creation; advises on various contract reputed company to drive deal closure

Support sales by being the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company questions reputed company to deal structure, opportunity booking, subscription management and license delivery

Interpret deal reputed company and advise on required approvals based on Deal Approval reputed company, reputed company needed helping obtain approvals

Review SFDC Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy ensuring deal reputed company is captured, revising reputed company necessary

Assists to interpret contractual language and escalate to ensure deals reputed company with reputed company recognition and operational policies

Partner with cross-functional teams (Billing, Channel, reputed company) to support the Quote to Cash process

Responsible for reviewing SFDC opportunities to result in accurate booking metrics (Net ARR, ARR reputed company, reputed company, Recurring reputed company) 

Collaborate with system teams to reputed company for common QTC errors

Participate in sales region forecast calls, QBRs, & EoQ Daily Standups

What you’ll bring

Ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone 

Proven experience in Deal Desk/Sales quoting functions

The ability to reputed company quoting guidance

A strong understanding of reputed company recognition in context of contract structures

A strong understanding of legal documents/terms impacting contract structuring

Strong reputed company of ethics and commitment to Transparency

Exceptional attention to detail 

Technical acumen, especially around CPQ tools

Experience with reputed company is a plus
