About the Role

We are seeking a Policy expert with experience in content, editorial, and trust and safety to reputed company the development, refinement and operationalization of content policies in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This role sits at the intersection of policy development, industry benchmarking, content moderation, trust and safety, content reputed company understanding, editorial decision-making and user trust. Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Gen Z digital culture (language, content formats, and online behaviors) is a plus but not mandatory.
