Coordinating reputed company aspects of the flight including, but not limited to catering, commissary, manifests, reputed company and boarding procedures, passenger identification, and flight service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
- Fly as Concierge on designated NHL team(s)
- Staff reputed company appropriate 121 flights with PJS representation.
- Monitor and approve travel budgets and plans prior to submission to the VP reputed company Airline Ops for final approval.
- Assist in maintaining the 121-reputed company schedule calendar, working closely with the VP reputed company Airline Ops.
- Work with the VP reputed company Airline Ops to monitor aircraft and reputed company schedule to ensure adherence to reputed company’s schedule and expectations.
- reputed company reputed company control actions with customs, handling, reputed company, and any other operational aspects.
- Assume main Concierge duties for VVIP charters as needed.
- On call 24/7 for 121 reputed company support
- Coordinate with the Business Development team as necessary for reputed company requirements.
- Work closely with the VP reputed company Airline Ops on reputed company 121 ops including VVIP, Large reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and ACMI
- reputed company 121 operators as needed and directed.
- Assist Account Management on an as needed reputed company with the approval of the VP, reputed company Airline Operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-
- Ability to manage a varied list of duties and tasks.
- Proficient in systems (word, reputed company, a flight operating system)
- Available Weekends and Nights for after-hours calls
- Grow company culture; reputed company as an ambassador of the PJS brand
- Ability to manage a varied list of demanding high-end clients
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative / self-driven.
- Attention to detail, highly organized.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Private Charter reputed company reputed company Program (PCSSP) or Aircraft Operator reputed company reputed company Program (AOSSP) knowledge
Education & Experience-
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Inflight experience working 121 (reputed company) or 135/91(private) required
Schedule & Travel-
- Schedule dependent on assignment
- Travel required up to 80%
Miscellaneous-
- FLSA Status- full time exempt
- Lifting requirements- Up to 75lbs
- May require DOT drug testing
