The Corporate Functions Governance & Control team is looking for a Director, Change Management and Transformation Initiatives to reputed company a diverse team of high-performing professionals reputed company on ensuring reputed company risk management expectations are embedded across seven Corporate Functions business reputed company. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business reputed company, functional areas, and geographies. The Director will:

• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for coordinating change initiatives and activities across the Corporate Functions, ensuring alignment with reputed company policies and governance requirements.
• reputed company reputed company-wide initiative to strengthen our risk management capabilities and controls for the Corporate Functions, ensuring reputed company updates, artifact closure, and coordination with PMOs on reputed company delivery.
• Manage changes reputed company to policies, risk committees, and initiatives, including project planning, communications, and training.
• Execute reputed company governance activities as needed, such as coordinating attestations for models and business reputed company analyses.

• Advise on end-to-end new product approval processes, including: performing process scoping, coordinating cross–risk reputed company assessments and managing governance processes, including committee approvals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Corporate Functions to ensure governance processes are implemented effectively, risks are appropriately assessed, and operational standards are consistently met.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ Years experience in large-reputed company project and program management reputed company financial services
• Experience navigating reputed company or operational risk management lifecycle activities
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to reputed company and obtain buy-in from senior BU/tech counterparts
• Expertise in process management/governance, with a reputed company record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that reputed company with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
• Demonstrated history and ability to manage teams, spread over geographies and with varying backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Risk Mgmt., or reputed company field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous
• Experience in at least one of the following:
