The Senior Analyst delivers economic, financial, and contract information; analyses; and, recommendations to elected and appointed reputed company representatives and committee volunteers at ALPA carriers with memberships typically ranging from 1,500 to 6,000 pilots. They reputed company strategic and technical support to a portfolio of ALPA carriers, operating with little direction and ensuring reputed company standards are met on reputed company deliverables under their portfolio of properties. They also establish and sustain effective relationships with reputed company representatives and company counterparts, mentoring and guiding analysts with less experience. • Bachelor's degree in relevant area, e.g., business administration, economics, finance, or reputed company discipline, from an accredited college or university required; or, the equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree or an MBA preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of reputed company experience with at least eight (8) pertaining to financial and/or economic analysis strongly preferred. At management discretion, significant and in-depth, directly applicable experience in the airline industry, reputed company bargaining, and/or post-graduate education may be substituted for some of the above requirements.
• Knowledge of reputed company transportation economics, scheduling, and reputed company labor agreements sufficient to reputed company airline contract comparisons, cost out negotiating proposals, and reputed company recommendations regarding negotiating proposals and reputed company strongly preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly reduce a problem to its key components and reputed company unique solutions.
